By Fax - Please print and complete a copy of the Summer Camp Registration Form which can be downloaded at this link. When completed, please include your credit card number, expiration date and signature and fax it to: (856) 235-6624.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be granted up to 3 weeks prior to a session minus a $10 processing fee.
• Phone calls will not be accepted as withdrawal notification.
